Mr. Charles Senkondo, Executive Director Tanzania Global Learning Agency (TaGLA) chairing one of the sessions during the Seventh Ministerial Round Table (MRT) on “Affordable and Equitable Broadband Access for Transformative Learning” at eLearning Africa International conference in Kampala, Uganda. The meeting was attended by Ministers, Deputy Ministers and ministerial representatives of Basic and Higher Education, ICT, Finance, Foreign Affairs, Post, Telecommunications and ICT.
